Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Guwahati – Bhalukpong

Distance: 242 km | Duration: Approx. 6 hrs

Arrive at Guwahati Railway Station or Airport and meet our representative. Drive to Bhalukpong, a scenic town located along the Kameng River and the gateway to Arunachal Pradesh. After Inner Line Permit verification, check in to the hotel.

Later, visit Tipi Orchid Garden (5 km from Bhalukpong). Return to the hotel and enjoy leisure time.
Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.


Day 2: Bhalukpong – Dirang

Distance: 130 km | Duration: Approx. 6 hrs

Start early for Dirang, enjoying beautiful mountain views and the Kameng River along the way. On arrival, check in to the hotel. After lunch, explore the surrounding natural beauty.
Overnight stay at Dirang.


Day 3: Dirang – Tawang (via Sela Pass)

Distance: 139 km | Duration: Approx. 6 hrs

After breakfast, drive to Tawang via the famous Sela Pass (one of the world’s highest mountain passes). En route visit Sela Lake, Nuranang Falls, and Jaswant Garh War Memorial.

Arrive at Tawang and check in to the hotel. Evening free for rest or local market walk.
Overnight stay at Tawang.


Day 4: Tawang Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, visit the 400-year-old Tawang Monastery (Namgyal Lhatse) and other local attractions. In the afternoon, visit Jaswant Garh War Memorial and enjoy the light and sound show.
Overnight stay at Tawang.


Day 5: Tawang – Bumla Pass – Madhuri Lake

After breakfast, proceed to Bumla Pass (Indo–China border, 15,200 ft) via P-Tso Lake. Later visit Sangestar Tso (Madhuri Lake). Return to Tawang by late afternoon.
Overnight stay at Tawang.


Day 6: Tawang – Bomdila

Distance: 176 km | Duration: Approx. 9 hrs

Drive to Bomdila, enjoying scenic landscapes en route. After arrival, take a short walk around the town and enjoy its peaceful surroundings.
Overnight stay at Bomdila.


Day 7: Bomdila – Guwahati

Distance: 260 km | Duration: Approx. 9–10 hrs

Visit Bomdila Monastery in the morning, then drive back to Guwahati. Check in to the hotel upon arrival.
Overnight stay at Guwahati.


Day 8: Guwahati – Departure

After breakfast, visit Kamakhya Temple. Later, transfer to Guwahati Airport or Railway Station for onward journey.
