Varanasi, also known as Kashi, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. Situated on the sacred banks of the River Ganga, it is the spiritual heart of India and home to the revered Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva.
As famously said by Mark Twain:
“Benaras is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend.”
Varanasi is known for its ancient temples, sacred ghats, spiritual rituals, and the mesmerizing Ganga Aarti. Nearby Sarnath is an important Buddhist pilgrimage site where Lord Buddha delivered his first sermon.
Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) is renowned for the sacred Triveni Sangam, the confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the invisible Saraswati River. It holds immense religious significance and hosts the world-famous Kumbh Mela.
Ayodhya, located on the banks of the River Sarayu, is believed to be the birthplace of Lord Rama. The newly constructed Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple has made Ayodhya one of the most important pilgrimage destinations in India.
The Magnum Holidays presents this thoughtfully designed spiritual tour covering Varanasi – Prayagraj – Ayodhya, ideal for devotees, families, and heritage travelers.
